Information OPAL may collect
Contact details, property and project information, photos and video, contractor business and credential records, insurance documentation, messages, proposals, project status, reviews, device information, support records, and pilot fee simulations.
How information is used
To create scopes, qualify and match professionals, verify credentials and insurance, operate projects, prevent abuse, provide support, evaluate the pilot, model potential marketplace fees, and report workforce outcomes.
Contact and address protection
Pre-selection questions remain inside OPAL. Exact addresses, direct phone numbers, and personal email addresses are disclosed only to a selected contractor or when operationally necessary and authorized. Public profiles show service areas rather than residential addresses.
Administrator access
During the initial pilot, Djdade is the sole administrator. Support access must use an attributed support view; OPAL staff do not ask for or impersonate customer passwords or sign-in links.
TAP participant data
Information for youth and young adults age 16+ requires role-based access, minimal collection, documented retention, and consent or guardian procedures when applicable.
Retention and security
Final retention periods, deletion rights, security controls, vendors, analytics, breach procedures, and contractor document rules will be finalized before live intake.
